Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – MyPharmEvo.pk

Important Check on Delivery

Customers are advised to check the quantity and physical condition of their order at the time of delivery.
Any visible issues should be reported immediately.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received
Opened or used products are not eligible, except in cases of damage or tampering.

Exchange Policy (Replacement)

Exchanges are processed only through our courier partner.
Our courier will:
- Pick up the product from your doorstep
- Deliver the replacement product simultaneously
A flat courier charge of Rs. 150 is applicable and payable by the customer for all exchanges.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only via courier pickup arranged by MyPharmEvo.pk.
A flat courier charge of Rs. 150 is applicable and payable by the customer for all returns.
Once the returned product is received and passes inspection:
- The refund will be issued as store credit to the customer’s MyPharmEvo.pk account.
- Store credit can be used on future purchases.
Cash refunds or bank transfers are not offered.

Damaged or Tampered Products

If you suspect your product has been tampered with or damaged:

Do not use the product
Retain the original packaging
Contact customer support immediately for guidance

Important Notes

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
Products failing quality inspection upon return will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Courier charges are non-refundable.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
