How can I cancel my entire order?
To cancel any order, please get in touch with our customer service at 0333-1177350 or use the cancellation option provided in the confirmation e-mail sent to you. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
How can I cancel specific products from my order?
To cancel certain items from your order, contact MYPHARMEVO.PK through WhatsApp at 0333-1177350. However, please note that once the order is dispatched, individual items cannot be deleted or cancelled.
How can I request a refund for items?
Kindly check the quality and quantity of all products at the time of delivery. Claims regarding product quality or quantity cannot be entertained after 24 hours of delivery. If a package is opened and its quality is unsatisfactory, please return it at the time of delivery.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of sale, provided the product is in its original packaging and its quality remains unchanged. Mypharmevo.pk reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.
Acceptance of returns or exchange requests is contingent upon the presentation of the original sales receipt at the time of return.
Refrigerated items, inhalers, sprays, medical appliances, test strips, surgical equipment, dermatology products, and loose tablets or capsules are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
