TELSARTA tablets contain Telmisartan, a non-peptide angiotensin II receptor (sub-type AT1) antagonist. Telmisartan is chemically described as[1,1`-Biphenyl]-2-caboxylic acid, 4`-[(1,4`-dimethyl-2`-propyl[2,6`-bi-1H-benzimidazol]-1`-yl)methyl. Its molecular formula is C33H3 N4 O2
