Ramipace 5mg tablet is an anti-hypertensive medicine. Ramipace 5mg tablet contain Ramipril as an active ingredient. Ramipril belongs to class of drugs known as Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE). Ramipace 5mg tablet works by lowering blood pressure by reducing the production of angiotensin II, this helps in relaxing arterial muscle and enlarging arteries. Ramipace 5mg tablet is used to treat hypertension. Ramipace 5mg tablet also reduces risk of myocardial infarction. Ramipace 5mg tablet belongs to BLOOD PRESSURE category.      USES: Ramipace 5mg tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension. Ramipace 5mg tablet also reduces risk of myocardial infarction, stroke and death from cardiovascular causes.

SIDE EFFECTS: Ramipace 5mg tablet causes some common side effects like: Headache, dizziness, bronchitis, sinusitis, dyspnea, muscle spasms, hyperkalemia. INTERACTION: Ramipace 5mg tablet may interacts with drugs namely Aliskiren, ARB’s, heparin, Antihypertensive agents (e.g. diuretics)
